Every year we undertake an extensive and in-depth customer survey to measure how well companies are performing.
Customers are asked questions addressing all aspects of a company's performance and the three Customer Commitments.
Each year, the results of this survey are published to show how well the industry is performing and improving. Each company is also able to see where it is performing well and where it needs to do better to satisfy its customers.
