The Customer Impact Panel provides oversight to the Customer Impact Scheme and is a driver in identifying areas where further improvement is required to better look after our customers.
It provides an independent voice. Its membership includes senior and influential figures drawn outside the industry - all with the insight and experience to challenge our thinking and help us move forward.
Senior executives from within the industry are also appointed based on their personal commitment to customer interests and their capacity to influence industry action.
Each year, the Customer Impact Panel publishes its own report on consumer issues facing the industry and the industry’s performance in addressing these.
