Member events
The ABI held a member event on 14 March to discuss the survey results. This included a high-level briefing about the challenges facing the industry and a workshop for survey experts to share experiences and to start to consider practicalities for the 2007/08 survey.
The ABI will be hosting three workshops for members during 2007 on areas where the industry scores were lowest in the survey. The first of these, on post-sale written communication, will be held at the end of June. Further information on this workshop will be available soon. The ABI will also host workshops on complaint management and product design in September and November.
