2007/08 Survey

The Customer Impact Survey Group (CISG) has begun to consider the logistics of the 2007/08 survey. As a result of discussions held at the workshop on 14 March, four sub-groups of the CISG have been established to look at the following areas in preparation for the 2007/08 survey:

  • changes needed to the questionnaire;
  • the Survey Conduct Manual;
  • agency selection; and 
  • timetable for the survey.

Proposals for each area are in the process of being of being finalised. These will be put to the wider membership of the Scheme for comment during the first half of May.
