
Launch of the 2006/07 Customer Impact Survey Results
The report on the industry results of the 2006/07 survey was published on 28 February. Briefings were held with the trade press prior to launch, and a press release was issued on the day. The industry report was put on the Customer Impact website and to date, 330 copies have been downloaded.
The launch of the results received coverage in the Financial Times and several trade publications. Overall, the articles were balanced and included both positive and negative scores. The ABI placed an article by its Director General, Stephen Haddrill, in Money Marketing. To view the press articles click here
