Survey Update

First of all, many thanks to everyone who has worked tremendously hard over the last few months to ensure that this years’ survey is a success.  The good news is that the survey is the biggest yet with 30 brands participating with their surveys completed before the deadline.  Your reward is that your customer satisfaction results will be benchmarked against over 80% of the whole UK life and pensions industry.

Many companies will have already received their own results back from their survey agencies, others should be receiving their results within the next couple of weeks.  I’m sure that many of you are now left scratching your heads and wondering what happens next?  As ever I’m always available to answer any of your questions if you’d like to give me a call (020 7216 7417) or email (Alex.roy@abi.org.uk), but hopefully the following timetable should help you plan your months ahead with the Customer Impact Survey!

December  8  Final data received by the central collation agency
February 14  Principal contacts in individual companies receive their company reports and industry report
16  CEOs in individual companies receive their company reports and industry report
16  Industry report printed
w/c 19  Press launch of results
